Present were: Chairman R. Tupper,. presiding, S. Burgess R. Kelly C. Ochs E. Randolph also, M. Grange Pro, # 5 (23) Preliminary Sketch and Discussion, regarding Application of John Murdock for a proposed Subdivision, next to Kellogg Auto, across from Newcomb Motors, West Road, (281). After reviewing sketch and further discussion with Mr. Murdock, Motion was made that this application, together with maps and detailed information on G4L Form should be presented to the County Planning Board, Therefore, this motion by Burgess, seconded by Kelly that this application be re- commended to the County Planning Board at their next meeting July 169 86. This was passed unanimously and becomes RESOLUTION lb 37-86. All necessary Forms may be obtained from Bruce Weber, at his office. A further application from Mr. Murdock was presented, To install a 10 min. Oil Change, on a portion of his land. Attorney Scott F. Chatfield was present and explained what installation would be necessary, again this application will have to be presented to the County on GML Form, at their next scheduled meeting; THEREFORE, motion was made by Burgess seconded by Kelly that that this appli- cation with all necessary information on ( L Form be recommended to the County Planning Board, this motion was passed unanimously and becomes RESOLUTION # 38= Next on the agenda, Application of Darrell Carter for Mini Storage on his land on West Road. It is noted that a report from County Planning Board (June 18/86) that. they have approved a Conditional Permit for Mini Storage, ( L #86.13a01-45.NO At this time Motion was made by Burgess seconded by Randolph( as per. County Resolution # 86-289)that the Planning Board approve of a conditional permit for Mini Storage, to Darrell Carter. This was unanimous and becomes RESOLUTION # 39-86. Further application by Darrell Carter for Site Plan, for Retail Business. Mr. Carter explained that a portion of the building will be for his office and the front,there are plans for a Thrifty Store, which Mr. K.Barber explained would be , clothing „Furniture, small Appliances, etc. Hours. would probably be 9 to 5p.m. except for Friday (until 8 p.m.) Would not be open on Sunday. Further application by Darrell Carter for Site Plan, for Retail Business. (24) 6 Continued,Carter Application, Retail Business N.y.S.Dept, Transportation plans for improving Routes 222 and 281, should be con- sidered, Traffic flow, entrance to the south / egress or least hazardous should be considered. Again, it would seem Mr. Carter should file proper Forms, including GML Form to the Zoning Officer to present to the County Planning Board at their next scheduled meeting. Therefore, Motion was made by Burgess seconded by Kelly that Cortlandville Planning Board recommends that this application for Retail Business be referred to the County Planning Board, this motion was passed unanimously and becomes RESOLUTION # 40-86. Application for Restaurant,(Barbecue Style) by George Haskell northeast corner 222 & 281 Map plans were shown to the Planning Board and discussion followed. Again it is noted that proper forms must be made out together with G1L Form and presented to the CEO,Bruce Weber, who will then present same to the County Planning Board, Therefore, motion was made by Burgess seconded by Kelly that the Planning Board rem commends that this application together with map and proper forms be referred to the County Planning Board at their meeting July 16, 86. This was unanimous and becomes RESOLUTION # 4I-86. Application /Cortlandville Grange/ for Conditional Permit for Horticultural Sales (1 yr.) This corner has been used for various sales/ Paintings as well as agriculural products, After some discussion motion was made by Burgess seconded by Kelly that the proper Forms, including a GML referral be submitted to the Cortland County Planning Board at their next scheduled meeting which is July 16, 86.
