RECOMMENDATION
TO
THE DANBY TOWN BOARD , OCTOBER 20 , 1976
RESOLUTION : The Danby Planning Board has reviewed the existing
Ordinance and completed the amended zoning ordinance ,
including the Offical Town Map for consideration
and action of The Danby Town Boards The Danby Planning
Board hereby recommeds the amended zoning ordinance
and Offical Town Map as outlined for consideration
and adoption of The Danby Town Board .
Motion was made by Donald Graham , seconded by William Best .
Roll call vote : Wilbur - Aye
Oltz - Aye
Graham - Aye .
Best - Aye
Cole - Aye
Motion Carried .

The regular meeting of the Town of Danby Planning Board was

Members present : Ernest Cole , Chairman
Alberta Wilbur
Donald Graham
• William Best
Edgar Olt .
Board members absent : Stanley Kirk - Clifford Hill
Chairman , Ernest Cole , opened the meeting with the reading of
the September. 14th , and Sept . 29th , minutes . Motion to approve
the minutes as read made by Edgar Oitz , seconded by Donald Graham .
Minutes approved as read .
Chairman , Cole , reported to the board that the Town Board has set
the public hearings for the zoning ordinance November 15th , at
the Danby Town Hall , and November 16th . at West Danby Fire House ;
Both hearings to be attended by all Planning Board members , all
Town Board members , Town Attorney , Richard Thaler . 8 : 00 P . M .
LETTER : A letter from the new Town Historian , Diana Van de bogart ,
about forming a Historical Society , December ii , 1976 .
Time 1 : 30 , at the Town Hall ,
Chairman , Cole , turned the meeting over to Gary Evans , from the
County Planning Office , Board went over the summation of the
revised ordinance .
The Town of Danby Pla. nr. _ ni_, Board members want to give our
appreciation to Gary Evans for the excellent assistance he
has given us going over our existing ordinance and our revised
ordinance , Gary has been excellent help to the board and put in4
many many long hours assisting us now and will be helping many
more hours in the future , Many Thanks to Gary Evans .
A ressolution to the Town of Danby Board , turning the revised
ordinance over to them . Resolution on seperate page .

The Planning Boards next regular meeting will be Nov , 1 7 , 1976
at the Danby Town Hall , 8 : 00 P . M , Meeting adjourned , 10 : 30P . M .
