THEREFORE, motion was made by Burgess, seconded by Kelly that these minute be approved. This #,as unanimous and becomes RESOLUTION # 9 '87. First order of business, Murdock Subdivision .adjoining Lyncourt Dr Tract Mrs. Arlene Vogt., representing Mr© Murdock presented .a „preliminary map of the proposed Aubdivision which has already been presented to the . County Planning Department on GML Form, the following is a part of their RESOLUTION # 87-3fl, February 18, 1987. ANALYSIS This application before the Board is requesting to subdivide a 19 acre parcel into lots ranging from 300000 'sq. ft. to 2 acres. .,The property is , located approximately 2 miles west of the City of Cortland just off Rt©222 adjoining the. Lyncourt Drive residential tract The proposed sibdiv .sion falls under the Town of Cortlandville Subdivision Regulation- Sketch Plan Review. The .staff-.,recommendation would therefore ' be limited to comments and review of the design criteria involved in 'the process. . The proposed Subdivision provides for access: from existing Lyncourt Drive via a 50 fto wide new street which would loop around the entire tract. This '{Yould cause I,yneourt Drive to serve as a collector road to the new subdivision0 (8) Page 4 Cortland County Department of Highways presented a formal appli- cation for a gravel mine on the Gunzenhauser property in South Cortland° This was dated February 240 1987. , signed by Joseph %gleston, Principal Engineer. ACUIFER John Gustafson, Nature Conservancy tTME uoLL•W PRESERVE David Lundeen of Monarch James Condron SCM OPERATIONS OF MONARCH & SCM The Planning Board will study the application, in the meantime a Lead Agency will be selected to review this application© After necessary information is recwd0 a date for a public hearing will be scheduled and so advertised in the Cortland Standard© Doris Crane of Owego Street extension appeared before the Board with a sketch of proposed subdivision on 0ego St ext. (across from the G.Huson subdivision). Planning Board members suggested certain changes and more inform- ation, the map at the present is not adequate. Therefore motion was made by Burgess, seconded by Randolph that Mrs. Crane present a new map and necessary information at the next Planning Board meeting which will be Mar. 319 87. , if this meets with their approval„ further recommendation fro the Planning Board that this application be sent to the County on GML FORM for their meeting in April® This motion was passed unanimously and becomes RESOLUTION # 13-87. Application of Fred Craft, 3815 Luker Road to have a Conditional Permit for Trailer Sales, Travel Trailers and motor homes. After discussion and reviewing sketch, Motion was made by Burgess, seconded by Kelly that subject to regulations ,side lines 20w , which could mean 8, on one side and 12w on other side 2 that this conditional permit be approved° This was unanimous and becomes RESOLUTION # 14-87. There being no further business, this meeting was adjourned. M.
