The facility will provide auto service, including tires, brakes, and exhaust. systems. Additionally,. the center will include a showroom for sale of tires -and other automotive"parts• and acces- sories . The existing" building has a total approximate area of 22,793 square feet. The building is served by Town water and sewer. Electric and natural gas are also available. The site is located in a predominately commercial area, zoned "Business.", It is bordered to the west by R-2 and to the north by R-3. The site is level. Soils are predominately gravel. The open areas of the site are presently paved, gravelled, or lawn. Drainage exits the site via a swale to the"north, and eventually reaches the Otter Creek drainage.
