The meeting of the Town of Danby Planning Board was held in the
Danby Elementary School , April 28 , 1976 at 8 : 00 P . M .
Members present : Ernest Cole , Chairman
Edgar Oltz , Vice - Chairman -
. Alberta Wilbur
Donald Graham
Stanley Kirk
B oard members absent : Clifford Hill
William Best .
• Others present : Gary Evans , Tompkins County Planning Office ,
Gordon Roberts , Zoning Officer . . .
Chairman Ernest Cole called the meeting to order with . the
reading of the April 28 , 1976 minutes , Motion to approveas read
made by Donald Graham , seconded by Stanley Kirk . .
Zoning Officer tells us there are some peaple living in an did
barn , a discussion on this .
Meeting was then turned over to Gary Evans , he informs us that
the Auto Salvage junk yard now covers twenty four acreas . out of -
. one hundred thirty one . Ori02:74) y three . and one half acreas
were to be used . . Planning Board needs the - opinion of the Town
B oard on this . -
Gary Evans tells us the maps that go with the new ordinance will
be in sections to go with each zoned area .
H The Planning Board worked more on the districts and activities
• for each district .
N ext meeting will be May 11 , 1976 8 : 00 P . M . at the Danby School . .
And May 26 , 1976 - 8 : 00 P . M . at the Danby School .
Meeting adjourned at 10 : 50 .
