February 25 , 1976
'. meeting of the Town of Danby Planning Board was called to order
a : 8 : 15 P . M . at the Danby Elementary School on Wednesday February
25 , 1976 , by Chairman Ernest Cole .

Members absent : Stanley Kirk
Clifford Hill .
Donald Graham
William Best
Others present : Gordon Roberts , Town of Danby Zoning Officer and Gary
Evans , Tompkins County Planning Office .
Chairman Ernest Cole gave privilege of the floor to Gordon Roberts
ibo reported on the court proceedings on the airstrip on Gunderman
Road . There is a six months stay with no planes landing on the said
air strip . -
The meeting was then turned over to Gary Evans of the Tompkins County
Manning Office by Chairman Ernest Cole . He discussed the Draft of
Section 512 Performance Standards for noise and odors etc . Also he
discussed a map of the town showing unique areas , design review
" historic ) Floodway Zone , Conservation area , business area , R- 2
?esidentail Zone and R- 1 Residential Zone and Industrial area .
The next two meetings of the Planning Board will be held Wednesday
}Larch 17 , 1976 and Wednesday March 31 , 1976 .
