Meeting Minutes
January 28 , 1976
A meeting of the Town of Danby Planning Board was called to order at
8 : 00 P . M . at the Danby Elementary School on Wednesday January 28 ,
1976 by Chairman Ernest Cole .
Board members present : Ernest Cole
Stanley Kirk .
Donald Graham
Edgar Oltz
B oard members absent : Alberta Wilbur
Clifford Hill
William Best
Others present : Gordon Roberts , Zoning Officer ; and Gary Evans from
the Tompkins County Planning Office .
A motion was made by Donald Graham and seconded by Stanley Kirk that
t he minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read . The motion
was passed by the unanimous vote of the board .
The meeting was turned over to Gary Evans of the Tompkins County
P lanning Office . He presented to the Danby Planning Board a second
draft of Article V , General Provisions of the town zoning ordinance .
Also some provisions of Article VI , District Regulations . A
discussion of these articles followed . Mr . Evans passed out Article
✓ II and the Industrial Performance Standards . These are to be
looked at by the . Town Planning Board members and comments and
discussion will be made at the next meeting .
The next meetings of the Danby Planning Board will be held Tuesday , .
February 10 , 1976 and Wednesday , February 25 , 1976 .
A motion was made by Stanley Kirk and seconded by Donald Graham and
passed by the unanimous vote of the board that the meeting be
adjourned at 10 ; 35 P . M .
