Councilman Rocco made a motion, seconded by Councilman Pilato,
to receive and file the letter of September 03, 1997 from Town's
CEO, Bruce Weber to Robert Bean of C&H Trailer Park. All voting
aye the motion was carried.
The letter identified violations.

PROPERTY AT C&H TRAILER PARK, TO TOWN
-ATTORNEY FOR REVIEW AND PROCEED AS RE JTRED
Motion by Councilman Rocco
Seconded by Councilman Pilato
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED, the code violation notice for property owned by
Robert Boan at C&H Trailer Park, is hereby referred to the Town
Attorney for review and direct him to proceed for compliance, if
required.

Please note the following violations:
1.) Two outlets in kitchen not operational
2.) Outlet in rear bedroom without cover
3.) Garbage to be picked up on regular schedule
4.) Electric wire on ground
5.) Electric meters to be secured to post
If these items are not corrected by September 10, 1997 the violations will be
turned over to the Town Board.
