In accordance with Chapter 151 of the Code of the Town of Cortlandville, and pursuant
to the Town Board Resolution adopted December 21, 2022, a MOBILE HOME PARK
PERMIT accommodating 189 PARK UNITS is hereby granted to CNY MHPS, LLC for
property located at 1054 ROUTE 13 known as CORTLAND ESTATES MOBILE HOME.
PARK.
This Permit is non-transferable and is valid from JANUARY 1, 2023 to DECEMBER
31,2023, at which point it must be renewed.
