3. BID DOCUMENT REVIEWS
a. No discrepancies found in either bidders submittals.
b. All bidding criteria were met.
C. Both contractors qualifications meet minimums required.
d. Bid Bond and Non- collusive statements were included
e. Evidence of insurance included.
4. RECOMMENDATION
a. Based on the above review it is recommended to make the
award to:
i. Complete Construction Concepts, LLC.. being the
low bidder and meeting
all bid requirements.
b. The amount of the award is recommended to include Optionsl,
2, and 3 as stated
above in the total amount of :
i. Two hundred fifty two thousand, one hundred seventy-five dollars
($252,175)
