The NYS Office of Community Renewal (OCR) is in receipt of the Town of Cortlandville’s letter requesting a
budget modification to the budget for the above-referenced grant agreement. Based on OCR review and careful
consideration, the request for a Budget Modification has been approved.
The attached Schedule B “Modified Budget & Projected Accomplishments” supersedes the Schedule B
contained in the original agreement. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in effect.
