prior to scheduled Fire & Safety Inspection on 11/2. Deviations noted:

provide glow exits in rear building for areas not visible to exit signs,
provide fire extinguisher in rear side of building, provide caution for
step up/down areas, provide "electrical panel enclosed" on door
housing electrical panels, provide address number above the door
facing the street, provide labels on restrooms, provide exit/emergency
lighting in the area with electrical panels and mechanical room.
I received a subpoena to testify on behalf of Ithacor in a court hearing
(3.5hours).

Complaint received at 14 Kingsley Trailer park regarding a concerned
resident that the neighbor behind her was blocking her rear exit due
to storing items in the path. Inspection made. I spoke to the neighbor
in question and he removed all items at time of inspection. No further
follow up is required.

Past due fire & safety inspection notices prepared, and mailed. 8.5
Monday Receive renewal of CHN trailer Park permit renewal. Schedule
11/13/23 re -inspection for 11/14 to confirm no violations have been made in
between August inspection and permit renewal.
Re -inspection at CNH Trailer Park. No violation noted. A memorandum 8.25
Tuesday was issued to the Town Clerk. Writer advises the Town Clerk to approve
11/14/23 the permit renewal for another year.
Complaint received from tenant residing at 2939 Webb Rd regarding
issues with electrical panel and bathroom floor caving in. Records
indicate that the tenant is in the Town of Virgil. Referral to Kevin
McMahon was made for further action.
FOIL letter to Town Clerk for property located on Route 41 and McGraw
N Rd.

Thursday Fire & Safety Inspection at Village Terrace. Deviations noted: fire
11/16/23 extinguishers are required to be inspected yearly and to be within 75' of
travel, boiler inspection is required.
Fire & Safety Inspection at Country Townhomes. 70 units inspected.
Each unit has their own electrical panel, and fire extinguishers -not
inspected yearly. It was advised to inspect or install one within 75' of
travel distance on the exterior of the building. Units 136 and 93 require
an overflow valve pipe on the hot water heater,144 railing is not
connected to the wall and the electrical panel door needs to be repaired.
Friday Continue Fire & Safety Inspection at Country Townhomes. No further
11/17/23 deviations noted.
IPS-input inspections, prepare invoice documents and mailings.

Fire and Safety Inspection at Guthrie Wound Care. No deviations at time 8
Tuesday of inspection.
11/28/23 Fire and Safety Inspection at Microbac. NO deviations at time of
inspection.
Fire and Safety Inspection at Pyrotek. Deviations noted: Provide exits
above the door closest to the exit in all rooms with more than one way
out, all reports required.
Scheduled inspection at the former Kmart plaza for a fire and safety 8.75
Wednesday inspection. I waited for an hour for the maintenance guy to arrive. He
11/29/23 never showed. I emailed the headquarters to report. Due to issues the
inspection has now been rescheduled for 11/30.

Thursday Fire and Safety Inspection at General Surgery. No deviations noted at 8.75
11/30/23 time of inspection.
Fire and Safety Inspection at Family Medicine. Deviations noted:
provide identification of the rear exterior stairs for improper riser
heights, provide arrow in the exit sign located in the rear of the
building, maintain 3 ft clearance in front of the electrical panel, provide
an exit (glow) above the door in the hall leading to the waiting room, io
year battery operated CO detector required.
Fire and Safety Inspection at Guthrie Cortland orthopedics. Deviations
noted: maintain 3 ft clearance in front of electrical panels.
Fire and Safety Inspection at 1088 Commons Ave (vacant building).
Deviations noted: provide exits in rooms with more than one way out,
provide "electrical panel enclosed" on the door with panels enclosed.
Building will need renovation work prior to occupying due to removal of
equipment from the prior tenant.
Fire & Safety Inspection at the vacant storefronts located at the
Cortlandville Crossing shopping center. Joe, the maintenance guy,
would not let me have access to the former Kmart storefront, He stated
that he was using that space and would need to clear things out. I had a
conversation with Deputy Fire Chief Mike Biviano regarding my
concerns with this to put them on notice that the space may be
occupied.
