Dear Town Board and Town Planning Board,
The Planned Unit Development designated 3266 Walden Oaks Blvd “Day Care” and I
am requesting that the Town Board and Town Planning Board agree to change the
use to allow for a residential (single) home be permitted in the Town of Cortlandville
PUD.
The lot was dedicated for a community use specifically a “Day Care.” Franziska Racker
Centers, Inc. (dba Racker) provides services that benefit the community by
supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community
residences.
I am requesting the Town Board and Town Planning Board to approve the change of
use so the lot can be used as a residential lot. This change will allow Racker to
continue to provide much needed services to our community.
