EXECUTIVE SESSION
August 14 , 1975
An executive session of the Danby Town Board was held August 14 ,
1975 at the home of the supervisor , A . Francis Wright ,
The purpose of the meeting was to give the Supervisor authorization
to execute a contract for architectural services . Councilman Ralph
Wilbur made the motion that the supervisor be authorized to execute
a contract between the Town of Danby and Architect , Robert A .
Boehleck , Jr . The motion was seconded by Councilman Paul Smith .
RESOLUTION #16 AUTHORIZE THE SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE A
411 CONTRACT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF DANBY AND
ARCHITECT ROBERT A . BOEHLECKE , JR .
Roll Call Vote : Wright - aye
Wilbur - aye
Dorn - aye
Smith - aye
Carried by a vote of three ayes and no noes .
Executive session adjourned .
