Comprehensive Implementation Plan

Member Baryliski for the Gutchess Park District(areas adjacent to the park)that Large
Scale Retail we should advise that they not be considered in the immediate area.
We held a discussion on the hours of operation for the businesses in that area.Also we
recognize that each business is different and each application would need reviewing on an
individual basis.
We also discussed including prohibited and permitted uses, These will have to be
clarified to make the uses understood better.
