Comprehensive Implementation Committee

Mr Weber printed off the zoning regulations
Referenced Map 4-2 Conservation Residential district which ties into Map
6-5. Discussed section 178-63 Cluster Development residential.
(c) Conservation Residential
Walden Oaks- PUD (Planned Unit Development)
Walmart was also set up as a PUD
Discussion on affordability if the lot sizes are increased.
Suggested in the case of subdivision in the Agricultural districts lot size be 5
acres , Residential 2.4 Acres , and Where Water&Sewer are available a lot size of 30,000 sq.
ft.with Health Department approval would be adequate.
Committee suggested modifying map to extend the R1 district off Cosmo to Blue
Creek. (d) Rt11. Corridor between the City Line and Village of Homer-committee
suggests Changing B2 district to B1, allowing for restaurants and Drive in Restaurants.
For Tompkins St. from Cortland City Line to Rt 281.
Mr Weber will provide zoning regulations in I-1 and 1-2 for us to review.
