B.Weber printed off zoning regulation Map 4-2,for Conservation Residential which ties
into Map 6-5
Zoning Law#178-63 explains Cluster Development- Residential

P.U.D. Planned Unit Development like Walmart&Walden Oaks are set up as these.
Agricultural Zoning-A discussion was held on suggesting that lot sizes be increased to
Ag Districts to 5 acres , Residential to 2.4 acres, and R1 to 30,000 square foot and requiring
health department approvals for well and septic.
Committee would recommend modifying the map to extend the R1 district off from
Cosmos Hill and Blue Creek. B.Weber can help define this area.
5-1d-Rt 11 Change B-2 down to B1 to include Restaurant and Drive in Restaurants
Mr. Weber will bring on I-1&I-2 zoning for our review.
