The Town of Danby Planning Board recommends to deny the special
permit for Tom D ' Ambrose air strip , location to be in the area
o f Gunderman Road , flue to violation of Section 801 of the Town
o f Danby Ordinance . Location and use , the nature and intensity
o f the onierations involved , impair the value thereof , operations
to be objectionable to nearby properties by reason of noise ,
fumes , vibration , and flashing lights .
In addition , The town of Danby Planning Board , noted the applicant
has not filled out theSection 249 New York State Business Law
Documents required .
