TOWN OF DANBY PLANNING BOARD
MINUTES APRIL 17 , 1975
The regular meeting of The Danby Planning Board was held at
the Danby Elementary School , 8 : 00 P . M , . April 17 , 1975
Planning Board Members present : Chairman : Ernest Cole
Stanley Kirk
Edgar Oltz
Alberta Wilbur
Others present : Supervisor Francis Wr- i }7ht
Meeting opened with a discussion on the agriculture district
for the Town of Danby . There is to be a meeting on this Monday
April 21 , 19759 at The Danby School .
A joint meeting with the Town Board , Planning Board and Appeals
Board to discuss about remodeling Danby Town Hall . The Danby Town •
Board will be making a decision by July .
Planned development : To get a Town of Danby Map from Town Clerk
Mark out areas where development should be
•
encouraged .
Secretary to send out cards to planning board members about our
next meeting , about what will be on the agenda for AtirMay 15th .
Meeting ajourned 9 : 30 P . M .
