NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Virgil Town Board will hold a special board meeting on May 21st, 2018 at 5:00
PM at the Virgil Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, Virgil NY 13045 to open bids and to award the bid to the
lowest bidder that meets specifications, on a Low Boy Trailer for the Virgil Highway Department. The
Virgil Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Notice of Accepting Bids for a used 35 Ton Lowboy Trailer
The Town of Virgil is accepting bids for a used lowboy trailer with the following specs.
1984 or newer, 35-ton lowboy trailer, with 22' Flat Deck Length, 7’ Flat Deck over rear tires, 102’ wide,
(16) D-Rings, Butterfly Style QD’s for wet line hoses, 27”X21” F lip Down Ramps, NYSI, solid structurally
sound trailer, No major rust, air brakes and must pass a DOT inspection.
All bids must be submitted to Town Clerk at 1176 Church Street, Virgil NY 13045, on or by May 18th
before 2:30 P.M., will be opened at a special meeting to be held on May 21st 5:00PM at town board
meeting. The Virgil town board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
