PLAKNING BOARD MINUTES
The regular meeting of The Planning Board was held at the
Danbv Elementary School , 8 : 00 P . M . Nov . 20 , 1974 .

Planning Board members absent :

Others present : Zoning; Officer Gordon Roberts
Supervisor Francis Wright
Correction : Last paragraph on page one , Zoning : We used
Lansing Zoning ordinance , not Dryden ' s as
was written in Oct . 16 , 1974 Planning Board

Minutes approved .
A meeting is planned for Thursday Nov . 21 , 1974 at 7 : 30 P . M .
Danby Town Hall with the group who doesn ' t approve of the
boards plans . The Architect will be present , Town Attorney
to answer , ; ny legal questions .

There is an interest establishing an agricultural district
in the Town Of Danby . This will be referred to the Town Board
and the Planning Board for reaction when the - . study is done .
The agricultural district is only good for eight years , then
goes foe review before the Planning Board .
The County Board Of Representatives , environmental council
County Planning Board are making a study to change the fall cr
creek into a river . The State wants to take up to t one
quarter fo a mile each side of river . The Town Of Danby YY
Planning Board does not approve of this proposal at this time .
We are sending word to the Council .
Gordon Roberts tells us he has an appointment with the town
Attorney to do something with Mr . Maycomber for not complying
for five months on his junk yard .

Mr , Roberts is going to start checking on all the communes
in the Town Of Danby .
Zoning : Addition to Section 509 , To have moreuLhox' ity
for. Town Board to property owners on removel titx
of junk and potentially hazardous conditions ,
Supervisor Francis Wright tells us the Zoning of Appeals
Board will be sending us their minutes to keep us up to
date on their findings .
The Danby Planning Board feels the Zoning Officer should
act now on all communes0
