': ' The regular meeting of The Planning Board was held at the
Danby Elementary School , 8 : 00 P . M . October 16 , 1974
PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS present : Chairman Ernest Cole
Vice - Chairman Clifford Hill

Others present : Zoning Officer Gordon Roberts
Correction : Last paragraph in Planning Board minutes dated
Sept . 18 , 1974
The County Planning Office will send a man from their
office to dole, survey on any piece of property
the town has (p trouble with if the ,property is
within 500 feet of a state or towia line . They will do
the survey and send all il{?formation back to the town
with recomendations .
A motion was made by Edgar Oltz to except Sept , minutes , Seconded by
Clifford Hill . Motion carried .
COMMUNICATIONS : Chairman Ernest Cole read a letter from The
Danby Town Board thanking the Planning Board
)
for all our time spent on the Town Hall ,
new and old .
Mr . Ligouri has informed us of a course at
T C 3 on zoning and planning that would be
very helpful to the Planning Board members .
The Appeals Board wants to have a joint meeting
with the Town Board , Planning Board , Meeting
is set for Monday Oct . 28 , 1974 8 : OOP . M . Danby
Elementary School ,
ZONING : Going over ordinance article by article .

Got a copy of Dryden ordinance to give us some updated
laws .
Town of Danby ' s first ordinance was written up August
1958 , changed in 1969 .

ARTICLE 11 : Not in our ordinance , ( conserve value of property ,
Disposal , according to town ordinance .
A vote to put these in our town ordinance was taken .
Six eyes and no noes .
Section 111 discussion on a dwelling ( approved bathroom )
Not in our ordinance .
HOME OCCUPATION : Long discussion , decided we will be getting
back to this our next meeting .
Motion was made to ajourn by Stanley Kirk , seconded by Clifford
Hill . Meeting ajourned 11 : 00 P . M .
