BOARD OF APPEALS
The Planning Board meeting on August 21 , 1974 reviewed the
application for a hunting and or vacation camp in a R 1 zone .
This application presented by a contractor for a two acre
parcel of land located on the South Danby Road .
The Town Of Danby Planning Board needs a more detailed plan
for camp before they can make any reconamendationto theAppeals
Board .
motion was made by Stanley Kirk and seconded by Clifford
. Hill to send a letter to the . Appeals Board askingthat they
send a registered letter. to the Hunting Club for a more
detailed plan , exact location , a Tax number , floor plan ,
how many members to be there at one time , etc .

. The Danby Planning Board would like tonsuggest a joint meeting
with the Appeals Board , Planning Board , Town Board and a
member of the Hunting 'Club at the time of review et better plans .
