John Teeter from the Danby Fire Dept . , said the meeting room
at the firehouse was not being used to capacity , and by putting
a small wall or folding doors to close off kitchen and bunkers
any meeting would not be disturbed °
Gordon Roberts : no real problems , the usual cleanups . Been bringing .
violators to justice court . Giving them thirty days to tell their
intentions . An out of town contractor has not been getting any
permits °
Mr . J . Miller is concerned about the health problems with the
yurts on Beech Hill , checked some out and found out they .. are
using out houses which something can be done about . It is up
to Town Of Danby zoning officer to do something .
John Teeter says this is a public building and has not been
inspected for a fire report . He will be doing one and send his
report to the town board . This should help us to decide what
to do if this building is used .
The Danby Planning Board will be making a recommendation to the Danby
Town Board after their next meeting in August .

A letter from our town supervisor about Planning Board budget for
1975 .
THE TOTAL now for 1974 is $ 350 . 00 . Supervisor feels we should
• antisapate any architect fee , legel fees , new changes in zoning•
laws .
Planning Board moved to act on budget : Stanley Kirk feels we
should leave budget as is .
Edgar °Oltz feels we should add $ 500 . 00 to our present budget .

Alberta Wilbur , and Ernest Cole feel it should be $ 1000 . 00 .
Edgar Oltz made a motion to for a . total of X1200 0000 Seconded by
Alberta Wilbur . , carried by a vote of three ayes and one no .
• Other business , Edgar Oltz made a motion to send a card of Sympathy
to the Ackerman family , seconded by Stanley Kirk .
We have a vacancy on Planning Board , a suggestion was made to fill
this out with a man named Mr , Bates from West Danby . Edgar Oltz
to see Mr . Bates .

Regular meeting August 21 , 1974 Danby School
Sept . meeting will be at Mr . Ligouri office on Court St . with
Supervisor Francis Wright inviting the appeals board and the
Town Board to join use
PlanningBoard meeting adjourned at 9 : 20 .
