Minutes of Planning Board , Town of Danby , Tompkins County , New York
The following resolution was considered by the Planning Board of the
Town of Danby , Tompkins County , New York on February 18 , 1974 :
B e it resolved that the Planning Board of the Town of
D anby , recommends to the Town Board of the Town of Danby
that a new Town Hall to house needed meeting and office
facilities for the Town of Danby be constructed .
Be it further resolved that such additional land as
necessary be purchased and the present Town Hall be
demolished to provide an adequate site for the new
Town Hall structure .
Vote on the above resolution was as follows :
Mrs . R . J ibur - yes
C . Hill - yes
S . Kirk - yes
W . Best - yes
E . O7.. tz - yes
E . Cole - yes
The vote on this resolution was , therefore , declared to be unanimously
in the affirmative .
