SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
November 30 , 1973
A special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Danby was
held November 30 , 1973 at 7 : 30 P . M . at the Town Barns .
Members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright
Councilman Ralph Wilbur
Others present : Highway Superintendent , Joseph Hulbert and Al
•
Lecoq .
The purpose of the meeting was to open sealed bids for a material
spreader for the Town of Danby . Al Lecoq represented Seneca
Supply and Equipment Co . , Inc . who was the only bidder . They
submitted a bid of $ 2 , 950 . 00 which is delivered price for
immediate delivery .
A tentative order was placed with Seneca Supply and Equipment
Co . , Inc . As there was not a quorum present no decision could
be reached . This matter will be decided at the next regular
meeting of the Town Board on December 10 , 1973 .
Meeting adjourned at 7 : 35 .
