A. Approval of the 2017 Sidewalk Work Plan and
Assessment Roll – Proposed Resolution

The work plan and assessment rolls have been compiled for 2017. Our Sidewalk Program
Manager, Johnathan Licitra, can move forward once these documents are approved.
B. Request for Encroachment Agreement/License at
602 West State Street – Proposed Resolution

The Elmira Savings Bank is moving into a building at the corner of West State and Meadow
Streets. They would like to put stairs going up to their main entrance that will extend into the
right of way.
C. BOHA, Ithaca Police Historical Sign
Dedication for Levy Spaulding

Officer Mike Meskill is requesting, on behalf of the Badge of Honor Association, to install a
memorial sign for Ithaca’s first African American Police Officer, Levy Spaulding, who died while
