A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was held at the ° 1
Town Highway Barns , ` Monday ,' August 21 , ' 1972 at 7 : 30 P . M .
Present : Supervisor A. Francis Wright
Councilman Ralph Wilbur
Justice Floyd Dorn
Justice Milton Todd
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor A . Francis
Wright who stated that the purpose of the meeting was to
approve the 1973 Donovan Projects' . These projects are as
follows .
#29004 Bridge on Brown Road
#2712 Rebuilding one mile of Hornbrook Road
#42504 Rebuilding . 81 of a mile of Ridgecrest Road
Oiling 1 , 32 miles of Nelson Road
#42504 Oiling 481 of a mile of Ridgecrest Road
#42503 Oiling hill section of Miller Road - one mile
RESOLUTION #7 APPROVAL OF 1973 DONOVAN PROJECTS
Moved by Justice Milton Todd and seconded by Councilman
Ralph Wilbur .
Roll Call Vote : Wright - aye
Wilbur - aye
Dorn - aye
Todd - aye
Carried : four ayes and no noes
