Stanley Goldberg, Chris Anagnost, and Mark Finkelstein will offer their varied views on the current condition of rental housing, and future needs including the role of government in this community-wide concern. The panelists will respond to questions from Task Force members. A fuller understanding of the views of smaller scale property owners will better enable the Task Force to appreciate the presentation by larger-scale, institutional (Cornell University and Ithaca College) representatives on their respective impacts on the Ithaca rental housing situation. This meeting is tentatively set for Monday, February 6, 1989 at 7: 00 P.M. in City Hall. Thank You.
