A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was held at the
'mown Highway Barns ';' Saturday; July 15 ,E 19 72 at 1 : 00 P . M .
Present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright
Councilman Gerald Crance
Councilman Ralph Wilbur
Justice Floyd Dorn
Justice Milton Todd
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor A . Francis Wright.
He stated that the purpose of the meeting was to draw up a
resolution to authorize the Town Highway Superintendent; Dick
Chaffee ; to act in behalf of the town for the purpose of
obtaining Federal financial assistance to repair damage due
to the recent . floods.-
