Commissioner Bantuvanis called the meeting to order at 11:05 a.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Perko made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 20, 1995 civil service commission meeting.
Seconded by Commissioner Bantuvanis. Motion carried 2-0.
NEW BUSINESS
NEW POSITION DUTIES STATEMENT-TENANT RELATIONS ASSISTANT: ITHACA HOUSING AUTHORITY
The Commission reviewed a New Position Duties Statement submitted by the Ithaca Housing Authority to classify two full-
time temporary Tenant Relations Assistant Positions. Commissioner Bantuvanis made a motion to classify the positions.
Seconded by Commissioner Perko. Motion carried 2-0.
NEW POSITION DUTIES STATEMENT- PERSONNEL ASSISTANT: PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT
Personnel Administrator Saul is requesting this item be tabled pending the outcome of labor negotiations. The Commission
supports the proposal of the Personnel Assistant position, but agreed to table this item. Commissioner Perko made a
motion to table the New Position Duties Statement - Personnel Assistant pending the outcome of labor negotiations.
Seconded by Commissioner Bantuvanis.- Motion carried 2-0.
CONTINUING BUSINESS
Commissioner Bantuvanis made a motion to go into executive session to discuss civil service examination matters.
Seconded by Commissioner Perko. Motion carried 2-0.

No. 67-996. Seconded by Commissioner Perko. Motion carried 2-0.

Commissioner Bantuvanis made a motion to establish the eligible list below for the time period indicated. Seconded by
Commissioner Perko. Motion carried 2-0.

EXTENSION OF ELIGIBLE LIST
Commissioner Bantuvanis made a motion to extend the Police Officer Eligible List No. 62-321 for one year. Seconded
by Commissioner Perko. Motion carried 2-0.
