The Regular Meeting of the Town of Groton Planning Board was called to order
at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Barbara Clark.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES — 17 APRIL 2008
A motion was made by Member Janice Haines to approve the Minutes of the 17 April 2008
meeting of the Town of Groton Planning Board, as submitted. The motion was seconded by
Member Edward Neuhauser, with the vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Chair Clark Nays: None
Member Donlick
Member Haines Absent: Member Baxendell
Member Neuhauser Member Carey
Member Gloster
Motion carried.
This becomes Action #22 of 2008.
OLD BUSINESS
Deena Haines, Applicant/Reputed Owner - LaFayette Road - TM #29.-1-14.4 & 14.3 - Boundary
Line Change
Chairperson Clark recognized the applicant who explained that she had purchased 5.139± acres of the
Foote property (portion of TM #29.-1-14.3) which lies adjacent to their property (TM #29.-1-14.4). She
wished to add this purchased parcel to her existing parcel, as shown on the tax map accompanying
the application.
With no further discussion, a motion was made by Member Ed Neuhauser to approve the
Boundary Line Change as requested. The motion was seconded by Member Theresa Donlick,
with the vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Chair Clark Nays: None
Member Donlick
Member Neuhauser Absent: Member Baxendell
Member Carey
Abstain: Member Haines Member Gloster
Motion carried.

P. Dawn Stevens, Applicant/Reputed Owner - Cobb Street & Sovocool Hill Road - TM #24.-1-
13.2 - Rural Subdivision
Chairperson Clark advised those present that the applicant had asked to postpone consideration of
this subdivision for at least two months, maybe longer.
After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Member Ed Neuhauser to postpone any action on
the proposed Rural Subdivision until no later than the April 2009 Planning Board meeting. The
motion was seconded by Member Haines, with the vote recorded as follows:
Ayes: Chair Clark Nays: None
Member Donlick
Member Haines Absent: Member Baxendell
Member Neuhauser Member Carey
Member Gloster
Motion carried.
This becomes Action #24 of 2008.

ADJOURNMENT
At 7:50 p.m., a motion was made by Member Neuhauser to adjourn the meeting. The motion was
seconded by Member Haines, with all members present voting in favor.
