Present : Olson , Kirk , Smith , Weitzel , Ackerman , Cole
A request for a special permit for the Southern Tier
Snowmobile Club was received and considered .
On the surface , there didn ' t appear to be any major
problems evident in issuing a permit. . It was a unanimous
decision to approve the permit with the following con -
sid. erations to be amended to the permit .
•
1 . A time period in the future for a review of how the
project has progressed or the public opinion at
that time with a possibility for future modification .
2 . Assur• - nc e that there would be proper sanitation
facilities for attendin - people .
3 . Would be advantageous to have something: in writin
relative to approval of surrounding neighbors .
The question was brought up as to who might be
contacted to report raw effluent going into the creek
running through the town of Danby .
The chairman informed the members of the proceedinas
of the County Planning Board and what they hope to attain .
Meeting adjourned at 10 P . M .
