RESOLUTION # AUTHORIZE SUPERVISOR TO LET OUT TO BID/REQUEST
PROPOSALS FOR THE GUTCHESS LUMBER SPORTS
COMPLEX – PHASE 2 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CONCESSION BUILDING

ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board does hereby authorize and direct the Supervisor to let out to
bid/request proposals for the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex – Phase 2, construction of
Concessions Building, and it is further
RESOLVED, the bids shall be due no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 6, 2023 at the office of
the Town Clerk, at which point they shall be publicly opened and read.
