b)Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval
Request”regarding the Town’s 2021 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG)Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Program,Project #
287HR317-21 for Lisa Weaver,4009 Crestwood Court,in the amount of
$38,290.00.
c)Resolution to authorize approval of payments (Drawdown #18 in the

authorize Supervisor to sign purchase order #1484 for the purchase of a
2023 Volvo Loader not to exceed $190,162.00 for the Town Highway
Department.
J-10 Resolution to approve Professional Service Agreement Between Zelvin
Security,LLC and the Town of Cortlandville to provide an “External
Vulnerability Assessment”of the Town’s internet infrastructure in the
amount of $800.00.
J-11 Receive &file correspondence from the McGraw Historical Society
regarding recognizing our Town Highway department mowing the Old
Baptist cemetery.
J-12 Acknowledge receipt of a proposed Local Law,“Amending Zoning Map to
Reclassify 35 Parcels from Present Zoning Classification to Planned
Commercial Business B-3 District”and forward to County Planning
Boards for their review and recommendations.Town Board to act as Lead

Fund to $1,000,000.
