J-7 Resolution to authorize Highway Superintendent,Larry Drach to utilize his accrued (165)sick leave days earned prior to being appointed/elected the Highway Superintendent towards pension credit at the time of his retirement. FINAL J-14 Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign agreement between the Town of Cortlandville and General Code,LLC for recodification services for the Town’s Code in the amount of $10,995.00 to coincide with the fee schedule.The Town’s ad-hoc committee met with a General Code representative and is in agreement that the service is beneficial for the Town. J-15 Resolution to authorize Supervisor to sign the Mutual Road Maintenance Agreement by and between the Town of Cortlandville and the Town of Homer regarding the repairs and maintenance of Bond Road and Hatfield Road. J-16 Resolution to authorize David Briggs,Town Assessor to hire Keisha M. Chase of 4043 Bells Mills Road as Clerk in the Assessor ’s Office effective September 05,2023 with a salary of $38,000. J-17 Resolution to authorize the Town to waive Building Permit Fees for Non-Profit Agencies on a case to case basis. J-18 Resolution to authorize the renewal of Town Contract with Giurastante DPM,LLC for grant writing services until December 31,2023 upon which it will be renewed with January 2024 contracts. J-19 Resolution to authorize the renewal of Town Contract with Cardinale & DelVecchio Law Firm,PLLC for additional legal services until December 31,2023 upon which it will be renewed with January 2024 contracts. J-20 Resolution to authorize Larry Drach,Highway Superintendent to purchase a Volvo Roller in the amount of $157,280.00 out of reserve funds subject to permissive referendum. J-21 Resolution to authorize Town Attorney to draft Local Law regarding the Town of Cortlandville Tax Cap and schedule Public Hearing for October 04,2023 at 5:00 p.m.to be held at the Raymond G.Thorpe Municipal Building,3577 Terrace Road.
