June 9 , 1971
Present : Cole , Kirk , Smith , Weitzel , Olson
Also present : Mr . & Mrs . Evelien

Minutes of May meeting read and approved .
Consensus of opinion that the Bruce property on Danby
Road looks like a business venture .
Motion made by Smith that the meeting date of the
planning board bp changed from the second Wednesday of each
month to the Wednesday immediately following the town
board meeting to facilitate action on Town Board recommen-
dations . Motion seconded by Weitzel . 4 ayes - 1 noe .
Motion passed .
Comments made on more junk cars around the neighbor -
hood and what to do about them .
Rick Dobson asked what the boards thoughts might be
toward Tompco Housing as he is contemplating submitting
some plans for approval . The only comments were that if
they conformed to zoning regulations , there should not be
any unfavorable reactions .
Rick Dobson asked why the Danby school couldn ' t be
used for meetings as it has to be heated and maintained
anyway and it is not being used to the extent that it
could be and taxpayers money supports • it . ,
