Frontage, Yard, Heights And Requirements for the Town of Lansing. Ms. Newman is proposing to demolish a non conforming structure that is currently crossing a property line and rebuild
with a foot print that is less than 90% of the existing structure. The required side setback is 25 ft. whereas the property is only 50 ft. wide. Ms. Newman is requesting a setback of
7.5 ft.
