503, Schedule I ,Business Uses # 24 of the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. The Applicant is requesting to sell Lawn & Compact Tractors with Implements in the R2 District whereas
this is not a permitted business.
Public Hearing- Application & SEQR Review- Area Variance, Applicant: Vicky Posso-Williamson , Myers Road, Tax Parcel # 32.-1-37.431 is requesting an Area Variance from Section 606
(E) of the Town of Lansing Subdivision Rules and Regulations. Applicant is requesting an additional 300’ in length to develop a driveway.
