Minutes of December meeting approved as read .
Ralph Wilbur presented the possibilities open to the town
for the expansion of the town highway facilities . The planning
board is to consider a plan of action that they would endorse .
Mike Robinson was present representing Ivy Broadcasting Inc .
He presented the facts Involved in the issuance of a building.
permit by the zoning officer for permitting construction of
a radio broadcasting complex . Zoning officer Roberts
called for a vote of confidence relative to the action based
on all of the information available to him . The vote of the
board was 5 people in concurrance with the action and
1 abstenstion .
Don Street presented basic plans for a trailer park in West
Danby , off Slator Road . It was agreed that a copy of the
basic plan be submitted to the planning board and the board
would get in contact with the County Planning Board for
assistance in determining requirements .
No action could be taken on request to consider rezoning
minimum lot size in West Danby as planning board chairman
has not yet been in contact with County Planning Board or
Health Dept . to discuss ramifications .
A request was made for the volunteer of a Tice - Chairman
which was accepted by Paul Smith and unanimously agreed
upon by the board .
Motion made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 10 : 40 P . M .
