Nagiane- mural updates, seeking funding. Suggested process: tentative wall, send out RFP for
mural for Muslim culture, then submit for CAP grant.
Discussion on equitable process: who is given the opportunity and who is making the decisions?
Two step process: RFP 1 and 2.
Nagiane’s choices: Green Garage either wall (first and second choice), Seneca Garage (third
choice)
4. Approval of Minutes- November 18th :
#5: Amount $7,500 (amend)
5. Community Arts partnership mural project
Updates: Proposals to be installed late spring, summer or fall for CAP proposals
Sally meant to finalize available walls- review final draft of walls
RFP goes out with Appendix A with list of all approved walls.
Three sites need to go through for additional approval and public comment.
Photos of Columbia Street Bridge. Check with Robin for appendix/photos (jpgs).
Main building as Cass not the Rink. 5 out buildings. Youth bureau staff involvement.
Dimensions needed/address of walls
LACS connection to West Village: outreach to residents, public comment at LACS, mothers(Eden)
Approve by residents > approved by PAC > Approved by CAP
Perhaps a proposal for specific community level participation (funds to support this project
type)
Sam-– reach out community member Michelle Mills. Outreach to West Village from now through
January for community input.
Eden Connelly- to reach out to contact at LACS. For location for community input meeting.

Caleb- ensure photos are shared with Sally to go to CAP.

RFP to go out early next week. Alert PAC when ready.
Proposals due- Feb 16th extend through April and May.
CAP requires a PDF.
Selection panel- members of CAP, PAC, strategist tourism planning board, chamber of commerce,
members of community and mural artists.
Private walls- owner approves, preps
City walls- approved by public works commission.
