Resolved, that the governing Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby approve the
proposed salaries for the elected officials for the year 2018 as;
SUPERVISOR $55,995 (Paid Biweekly)
(includes Supervisor's Administrative Function pay)
DEPUTY TOWN SUPERVISOR $0.00'' (Paid Biweekly)
(includes Board Member pay)
TOWN BOARD MEMBERS (5) $ 14,365 Each (Paid Biweekly)
TOWN JUSTICES' (2) $ 23,850 Each (Paid Biweekly)

required by Section 108 of the Town Law.

Whereas, the Town Board established a Wage Scale, which sets the Hiring MiniruUm, and
Job Rate for each job classification, which may be increased each year based on a Cost of Living
Adjustment (COLA); and
Whereas, the collective bargaining agreement with the'PWic Works unit represented by
Teamsters Local 317 established a 2% cost of living adjus2018; and

TB Resolution 2017- : Setting a Public Hearing Regarding a Proposed Local Law Extending
the Moratorium on New Two-family Dwellings and on the Addition of a Second Dwelling Unit to
an Existing One-family Dwelling,through December 31,2017
Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca will hold a public hearing at the Town
Hall, 215 North Tioga Street, Ithaca,New York on the 16`h day of October,2017 at 5:30 p.m. for the
purpose of considering a proposed local law Extending the Moratorium on New Two-family
Dwellings, and on the Addition of a Second Dwelling Unit to an Existing One-family Dwelling,
through December 31,2017,and be it further
Resolved, that at such time and place all persons interested in the proposed local law may
be heard concerning the same; and it is further
Resolved, that the Town Clerk of the Town of Ithaca is hereby authorized and directed to
publish a notice of such public hearing in the Ithaca Journal and to post a copy of same on the
signboard of the Town of Ithaca.
