Dear Supervisor Williams and Town Board:
This letter is to inform you that Mr.Nicholas Genovese,a student from the SUNY
Cortland History Department,will be working with me for the fall semester to
help digitize the Historian Records.Mr.Genovese is a senior at SUNY Cortland
in need of 120 credit hours to complete one of his final courses at the college.
Mr.Genovese will be working in the Cortlandville Town Hall from September 5,
2023 through December 8,2023 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 PM to
4:30 PM and Monday,Wednesday,and Friday as needed.During his time he will
be analyzing,scanning,verifying,and filing various historic documents.It is also
my hope that he will help me in the beginning stages of planning for the Town of
Cortlandville bicentennial,coming up in 6 short years.
Please feel free to stop by Town Hall at any point to meet Mr.Genovese and see
what we are up to.If you have any questions,please feel free to reach out.
