Dear Ms.Rainbow:
This letter is to request the use of the Cortlandville Municipal Garage at 3587 Terrace Rd.,
Cortland,NY as a polling site for the Cortland Enlarged City School District’s Budget Vote and
Board Elections taking place on May 21,2024.We appreciate very much the assistance the
Town of Cortlandville has given us in providing this central location for our voters.
We will be using the ImageCast voting machines.We will be provided with these machines from
the Cortland County Board of Elections.They will deliver and set up the machines.
Our polls are open from Noon to 9:00 p.m.Our inspectors arrive by 11:30 a.m.to prepare and
are finished by 9:30 p.m.
