I saw you approved the solar farm. I keep throwing it out there but get no response? Would cooling
the bottoms of the panels with a heat pump improve their production?
The next questions are from the letter enclosed. Does this property have a shoreline? Could this
help in creating a fishing spot? Having a Habitat with a food source? Then the Bouie's taking a census of
the insect population along with providing a food source. Then with the announcement of Malaria. How
many places do we have water that should have this monitoring? What brought me to this is the water
retention pond next to Wall -Mart. Given its proximity to Walden -oaks and the Murray Center as well as
Wall -Mart. Could having a monitoring system like a Bouie as described in the enclosed letter become a
law or rule of thumb? Even places like Yamen Park just to help control the insects? I also sent this letter
to the Bass -Pro Shop and suggested we might be able to use this idea to create weekend fishing
tournaments in all the Finger -Lakes? I also looking for part time work. I could collect the samples for
testing. As a kid I was told if you can't find a job -make one. So If nothing else I can put this off as a sab
attempt at doing that.
Thank you.

Dear Manager:

I have been looking for a central point of view for several ideas and questions that have been
bothering me. First off is the old metal shopping carts. We are phasing them out. Put in a pile and take
off the wheels and you have the ideal fish Habitat. I was looking at this from a Finger lakes point of view.
Which is too large of an area to work out the details. It might also have access issues. This makes Little
York ideal for repurposing shopping carts. It will be in the view of the next generation and have a lasting
image.
This might also offer other ideas to be worked out. The next idea is to mark it with a BOUIE. Having
a vertical windmill that could support other ideas. One would be a bug zapper. It could take samples and
feed the fish. What could we find out from samples of this amount? Then it could support a light and
maybe a foghorn if needed.
Then having power could we put a drone abord that will detach at night with the day's samples.
Then while flying back to truck/base. Could it use Inferred, sound waves whatever we needed to find Algi
Blooms? Having this information. How to fight them with the environment in mind? I was watching the
SIENCE channel. It looked like a training video on working in a Drinking water bottling plant. The last
thing they did was to spray 03 in the bottle before the water. So I was thinking. Would ozone clear Algi
Blooms in an environmental point of view? They also have OZONE warnings in the electric steel -mill in
Auburn. We have them in our weather reports. If we are not suited to this "OZONE" in the air. Could it
lower the costs of fogging for bugs in a camping ground?
Then if nothing else works could we at least create the Bouie to pump up attendance of the fish for
a birthday party you have on a regular basis. I would have an underwater sound, so the fish know where
dinner is?
The next idea is on the next page. What if you had these. Then put a contact sensor, one that will
show which one had more force when the hit was made. So you make three contacts where you are not
the aggressor. A light turns on, three and you are done. Back to dock.
Thank you for your time.
