Minutes of previous . meetings ( Feb . 11 , Mar . 24 , Apr .. 8 ) approved as read
and corrected .
R . Blatchley presented his proposal for developing area in West Danby .
Wishes approval for developing lots on east side of highway ( 50 lots of
. one acre each ) , Routes 34 and 96 .
The following by - laws were discussed , voted on , and passed :
1 . quorum - four members need be present to conduct official business •
2 . method of voting - four "yes " votes to approve any motion
3 . ways of spending money - chairman be allowed a petty cash fund of
$ 25 . 00 to be itemized and reported back to Planning Board
4 . vice chairman - to be voted in by Planning Board .
Richard Olson was nominated , seconded , and voted in as Vice Chairman .

Dobson proposal for trailer park was again discussed at length . Motion
• • made by Stanley Kirk that we not approve Rick Dobson proposal for planned
development on Brown ' s Road and Pine Lane in Town of Danby . Motion failed
to be seconded . After additional discussion. proposal was tabled at the .
request of Mr. Dobson . •
Letter from Ronald H . Laberge , Consulting Civil Engineers a Municipal
Planners , forwarded by the Town Board , was read . Content of letter dealt
with park and recreational development in the town of Danby , and proposed
potential means of securing financial assistance in this area . Motion made
by Arsenault and seconded by Dobson that the planning board meet with the
Town Board and engineer on , considering project ( recreation and park area )
in the Town of Danby . Passed . •
