FINAL J-12 Resolution to create a policy and procedure for the Town to consider reducing speed limits on Town roads in the Town of Cortlandville. J-13 Resolution to authorize Casella Waste Systems Inc.to perform two dumpster pickups weekly at a rate of $445.00 per month at Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex.We currently pay $185.00 per month for one pick up weekly but need additional pickups through the summer with the added baseball fields at an additional cost of $65.00 per week. J-14 Resolution to authorize the hire of Jacob Rivers of 1 Lynwood Ave as full time Parks &Recreation Maintenance Supervisor for the Town of Cortlandville with an annual salary of $43,000.Jacob’s start date will be June 08,2023. J-15 Receive &file the Cortland County Planning Board Resolution No.23-14 dated April 19,2023 and the Redevelopment Plans regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit of Cortland,Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep Inc. a)Set a Public Hearing date of June 21,2023 at 5:00 p.m.to be held at the Raymond G.Thorpe Municipal Building,3577 Terrace Road. J-16 Receive &file the Cortland County Planning Board Resolution No.23-13 dated April 19,2023 regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit of Shawn Malchak,DBA Cortland Used Cars. J-17 Resolution to adopt the Town of Cortlandville Parks Vending/Food Truck Application and authorize John McNerney,Parks &Recreation Director to manage applications. J-18 Resolution to adopt the Town of Cortlandville Facility Request Form and authorize John McNerney,Parks &Recreation Director to manage applications. J-19 Resolution to authorize Patty O’Mara to be hired on part time as Fixed Assets Trainer as needed at a rate of $30 an hour.
