Thorpe Municipal Building Meeting Room for a Public Budget Meeting from 11:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. I-14 Resolution to revise Town Holiday Schedule and Town Employee Handbook effective May 03,2023. I-15 Receive &file letter from Brian Congdon,Water &Sewer Superintendent dated April 24,2023 regarding a leak at a Town residence on Bell Drive.It was determined that the excess water did not go through the sewer system and that a reduction of the cost may be considered if requested. I-16 Receive &file Cortland County Planning Board Resolution No.23-07 dated March 05,2023 regarding the application to update the Town of Cortlandville’s Zoning Code Conditional Permit requirements in conformity with Appendix D Fire Apparatus Access Roads as it pertains to the Town of Cortlandville. I-17 Resolution granting the City of Cortland Superintendent of Public Works permission to close Carroll Street for the Dairy Parade on Tuesday,June 6,2023.The parade route will be the same as the previous year. I-18 Receive &file quote from Service Alert Systems Inc.dated April 17,2023 regarding the Town’s Security Systems.This company currently services the Town’s Fire Protection Systems and is willing to provide service for the Security Systems as well. FINAL I-19 Receive &file letter from Larry Drach,Highway Superintendent dated May 1,2023 and resolution to declare a 2005 International 10-wheeler dump truck (vin#1HTWXAHTX5J191666)as surplus and to be sold at auction due to the condition of the truck. I-20 Resolution to acknowledge submission of the 2022 Town Financial Annual Update Document (AUD)on April 28,2023 by Town Financial Administrator,Megan Johnson. I-21 Resolution to acknowledge submission of the 2022 Town American Rescue Plan Act (APRA)Annual Report on April 30,2023 by Town Financial Administrator,Megan Johnson.
