TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE
AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 178-46 of the Code of the Town of
Cortlandville, a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville,
County of Cortland, New York, at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building located at 3577
Terrace Road, Town of Cortlandville, New York, on June 21, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., concerning an
application for an Aquifer Protection Permit.
The application is by Triple Cities Holdings, LLC for the purpose of constructing an 11,670 sq.
ft. warehouse addition to an existing 1,620 sq. ft. building with approximately 8,189 sq. ft. of
new pavement installed for parking and truck deliveries. The property, which is owned by Louis
and Mildred Petrella, is described as 3772 US Route 11 and is located just north of the Interstate
81 exit 10 off ramp, tax map #97.02-01-25.000.
The property is located within the Aquifer Protection District (Area 1: Primary Aquifer Area) of
the Town of Cortlandville, is located within Zone 1a of the Town’s Wellhead Protection Zone,
and is in a Zoning District denominated B-3 (Planned Commercial Business).
At the time and place of said hearing all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
to be heard.
