Weitzel , Dobson , Smith , Arsenault , Kirk , Zoning Officer Roberts Meeting called to order at 8 ; 00 PM , March 24 , 1970 Suggestion was made that board consider the need for establishing the, following ; quorum , method of voting , vice chairman , recorder , paid secretary , procedures for expending monies . Decision was made to have regularly scheduled meetings . the second Wednesday of each month at 8 PM at .the Youth Center unless called off by the chairman . Copies of Zoning Ordinance and Mobile Pard Ordinance , Town of Ulysses were distributed to members for their review . The Mobile Park Ordinance governs in part the operation of trailer parks after they are established : " Conflicts of Interest " , page 132 of Local Planning . S Zoning was touched upon . Question was raised as to whether this applied to planning board members . A review was made of the trailer park question outlining the positions of past planning boards , the permanency of zoning change , how taxes are determined for parks , and the enforcement and control after zoning change . Trailer Park Proposal for Planned Development District by Edward and Clifford . & Hill was reconsidered . Previous to the meeting the plans had been reviewed by Mr . Frank Liguiri , and his comments and suggestions were noted . Motion was : moved by ' Arsenault . and seconded by Kirk that Edward and Clifford Hill, submit to planning board a detailed set of plans outlining the following : 1 . Existing land and land on all four sides of own property as shown on tax map 2 . Proposed land use ( entire property ) and date of expected completion 3 . Reconsider layout - proposal lacks character - dead end street too deep - contour lines necessary - show provisions for refuge storage - water supply and sewage are marginal for long range planning - utilities preferably underground - suitable area for recreation . • - site landscaping 4 . No mobile hame . shall be located nearer than fifty ( 50 ) feet to the right of way of any public street or highway 5 . Driveway shall be suitably graded and surfaced and shall be not less than 36 feet wide . ' Motion passes . Mention was made that an Ithacan printing establishment was Very much interested in relocating in the Town of Danby but plans were changed when it was determined insurance rates would be unreasonable because of the lack of water mains . Rick Dobson requested the board consider his proposal for a Planned Development District . Because of the lateness of the hour , and because his proposal was not included on the agenda for this special meeting the board voted to table the . propo : al until the next regularly scheduled meeting . .
